yesterdy I visted BT overseas B sector. Over head water reservoir under constuction. But roads and footpaths of B cat have been sunked at various places. This might be poor quality of work. I can not understand how rain can damge roads so much in newly constructed location. BT should improve quality of work for its sector. Tehre advertisment aid that it will be a walled community. Still no boundary wall under construction. I am just sharing my views not talking against BT. Waseem replied on Friday, August 6, 2010 07:03 AM
Bahrias development standard has deterioated a lot. While on vacation in Pakistan couple of years ago I saw huge patches of sunken roads during rains in BT secotr C near main boulevard. At that time BT closed the entrance to sector C and repaired the sunken roads. But who know if someone make a home or commercial whether a sewerage line or bharti may sink below. It is not safe. Barhia should improve their construction standard or it will lose its business. |

I am constructing my Commercial plot :) in Sector C I see very heavy Machinery going through 40 ft to 210 ft roads every 10 minutes and still there is no problem with the roads. Shahid sahib I have also seen the broken roads of Batch B but that might be caused by something else. The only thing I can say negative about the development is the gutters which have broken even before the start of usage. The rest is as per satisfaction. Also a few foot paths in Sector C give way but BT fixes them ASAP. |
