I booked a 10 marla plot in central park in 2003.Paid them all the installment on time.Completed that in 2006.Now, seven years on,not only that plot is undeveloped with no posession but also they have changed the plot number/?location twice due to "Change in layout plan".Can people in this forum advise me what option do I have apart from "Sabr".I really would want to hold them accountable ,if at all possible.
Will appreciate advice.
