Though not directly related to property buying/selling and renting , but have some relevance. I am interested in setting up a medium sized Guest House business in either Islamabad or Lahore and Murree/Bhurban/Nathiagali area. Can someone who has know how on this business give some input like amount of investment required , pros and cons, bottlenecks, hurdles and likely return on investment etc.

Buy a rest house at Murree or Nathiagali and rent it out to some multinaionals. |
