i want to buy two files in DHA2 ext in islamabad.but i dont know about how much are total transfer charges.please help me in this regard.

dear adil sahib is this price including all type of taxes like cvt tax.or have to pay seprate.please reply.

6.25 Lacs is the price of the file. whenever you will convert it to a plot in your name, you pay transfer fee, CVT etc. That is about 1 lac now days but the big catch is the development charges which is going to be 14 Lacs and 65 thousand. So you can say it is going to cost you about 23 Lacs in total rounf about.

inshaallah i will buy three files when rates will come at 5 lacs two for investment and one for development charges.
