I want to buy One Kanal Plot in Some Good society for residense and my plan is to build the house with in 1 year timeframe. And 2nd condition is i want to live near Thoker naiz baig bec my relatives live in Iqbal Town , Mustfa town so therefore from thoker the distance is very short.My budget is for 1 Kanal plot is 4 Million. I visited Izmir, OPF, Muhafiz Town Nespak Phase 2 on canal. Tariq Garden and some on Khabany-Junnah road .Can any one suggest me which is good option and is there any good option which i missed.

I think if i rate every society then i think izmir ll got 7 out of 10 but i want to know others opinion may be i miss somthing.
e.g OPF currently does not have proper roads , Nespak Phase 2 has a village and a darbar in the society. Security is not good in Muhafiz town, Tariq Garden does not have so much populated etc

Personally I prefer Izmir (for residence or investment both). Clean, organized and location is fantastic on the canal bank. This area (canal road) is progressing very quickly and in future you will surely get good gains out of your investment.
Nespak phase 2 also not bad. Scheme is getting populated and lot of construction is observed. |
