RAMADAN MUBARAK. Please pray for Pakistan, the country has been going through extremely tough times for past 24 months. We need to repent and think as nation not individuals. National interest should be above personal interest.

Why are you not changing yourself. you are only critisizing others. Everyone think, he is pious, angel and a big scholar. If we start thinking that all are equal and all are humanbeing that something can be changed.

Agreed with Mr Safwan Khan. We must appreciate the right things and not support the wrong.

This is backwas that what we are listening from last 60 years. why those individuals are not making good deeds for the country. Thier philosphy is only pray and repent verbally which is munafaqat bigger sin than kufar. They should stop preaching those who preach are worst people and we are cursed people including myself. If we leave munafaqat perhaps there is a way. Our society is based on fraud and munafaqat.

I agreed with brother Javid: <Brother Rafique> I am not angel or big scholar but trying to be: I am not criticizing others but only reviewing Iqbal’s statement that he wrote for us to follow and practice at micro (individual) and macro (family, group, National) level. Further, in my opinion just thinking doesn’t bring change but awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, practice and reinforcement make things happened, otherwise as per javid, it would be the backwas:
Brother Rafique, how do you know I am not changed, as far as myself (change) is concerned, I feel, I am changing, perhaps not at the speed people around wanted me to … but little slow.

Is Property purchased and held by elderly parents in their own names with intend(NAYEETH) of giving it to their children and grand children exempt from paying Zakat @2.5%?
The elder persons are keeping the property in their own names for two reasons. ONE to remain secure and not to be looking towards AULAD's help in old age.And to avoid paying transfer fees.

For Abubaba, though I am not scholar, but will comment on your statement as "" Till the time the property remains on elderly parents and they are alive, then they are to pay the Zakat. So Till the time the said property is transfered on the name of children and grand children, the childrens are not to pay Zakat for the said property

Thank you Visitor 1 for your valuable comments. I tend to agree with you.
