Future of Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore Discussion Property News & Community Talk

Dear All,
I need advice from all of you brothers. I have two plots in Central Park, one in G Block and one in D block. I am shocked to know that their market price as told by two/three property dearlers are not more than 7.5 lac.
Oh God, I have bought these plots in Year 2003 and its a very long period and prices of plots in Central Park are not improving. What the management doing. Why don't they complete development so that people who have trusted them can get good return of their hard earned money.
Brothers, I need advice that should I sell them or wait for some good when I can get reasonably good return of my investment.
I have not idea but it seems the FUTURE OF CENTRAL PARK IS NOT BRIGHT JUST BECAUSE OF BAD MANAGEMENT.

Few other positive reason
* Expected ring road just after central park.
* There is no well planned housing scheme in that area or on Ferozpur road. The last well planned and developed housing scheme on Ferozpur road is Pak Arab.
* Prices are much below than their current fair values. Also central park is now booking new plots on much higher rates, so it is expected that the prices will be increased at least upto their new prices.
* The access time from Kalma chowk is not more than 25 minutes. And the Ferozpur road is already double now.

i haved visited so many societies in lahore but i found Central Park is the best society at the moment. finally i got a plot in this society and i personally visited at the site as well, development is under process but now growing very fast as comperision in 2004 that time was really slow. i m confident this society will give definately benefit in future like DHA.......if you see the history of DHA, you should understand...

WE TRUSTED URBAN DEVELOPERS CENTRAL PARK LAHORE AND INVESTED A LOT.BUT STILL AFTER 8 YEARS NO RETURN IS COMING.I THINK THEY SHOULD PAY BACK MONEY.AS I DONT SEE ANY FUTURE OF CENTRAL PARK.PRICES ARE GOING DOWN INSTEAD OF GOING UP.YES SURELY MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR.

Like me many other persons i know, those who purchased (on high market prices around 13 to 15 lac) plots in Central Park "D" Block and some portion of "G" Block before 6 to 7 years back, But still Urban developers still not developed any part of these Blocks. So i 'll only say: Rah piyya janay, wahh piyya janay and those who are giving comments in favor of Urban developers(central park)just tell me whether if they are personally passing in the situation through we are passing of(non-development 7 years passed) then what should be their comments. (truth please only)...

does any body knows when urban developers gonna starting any further developement work in D block, because through the net or some people are not giving good impression of intrust in Urban developers Central park or their projects what ever the name they selecting. They are lingering on their projects developement like central park D block and some portion of G as wel for last six or seven years. any body have any idea about when they starting developement work or still have to wait for more seven years...
