I am an expat and am planning to start construction of a 1K house in DHA lahore next year. Can anybody let me know prevailing construction rates for a normal construction i.e. nothing very fancy neither anything sub-standard. I am planning to construct basement as well. I heard that basement cost is slightly higher than ground and first. How much is the difference.
Any info shall be appreciated.
