note,I will pay half amount of tower rent to middle man.

are your house in jungle or isolated , how your neibour can allow this tower .these tower are safty hazard . these tower produce high frequency which is harmful for your body , these tower are also ugly

I dont think that he is offering Bribe.
Bribe is when ; he will offer Money for Ilegal work or Unoffical permission/deed.
Anyways, i believe he is offering just agent fee. (agent is a middle man). And agent fee (for marketing) is not wrong.
You people were taking it wrong way.
