Dear brothers:
Just want to know the current price of 1merla residential plot in WAPDA/VALENCIA TOWN. Actually i bought a ready-made newly build home 2years back near Badiyan road. Unfortunately, all the materials been used in that house are third class and i have to send 10 to 25 thousands ever month for different damages occurring regularly. Thinking to sell it and buy a plot so that i would construct a house with better materials and with proper design(my long back home sweet home dream).
Heard that wapda town and valencia are the schemes with wide roards and beautiful greenry.

Please help if possible.

Dear Aism,

I saw your posting on Lahore realestate for new plot prices in Wapda Town.
I am also working in UAE and living in Wapda town.
If you are interested to buy 10 marla built house,i can advise you.
In fact this house is built just in front of my house ,not by builder. It was an individual and we were watching ,he was using good material ,but now came to know ,he is selling due to his own problems(not known).
His demand is high ,because he spent money to live by himself but can be negotiated you.
I have no interest but only need good neighbour.
Please call me if you are interested.House is in G-2 Near 2 round anout(45/46 G-2)
