It is an excellent investment. The development is one of its kind, and I have not seen such development in another part of the country with a wide multi lane roads, mosques, hospital and other amenities of life. Its one of its kind. however Will Phase 8 will take another 4-6 years to be populated, but a good time to buy. 8 marla bahria home with 3 beds is a good investment in my opinion. Bahria is directly selling for 70 lakhs but you can get one from investor for 60 lakhs, since not too many buyers for any property in the market currently. You may have some minor cosmetic issues you could fix easily as with any other developer, but overall, no match to bahria. |
