Dear CMY,
Can you please put some light on these plots. Heard 21 lac and Installments.
What does it means? One has to pay 21 lac in total or you have to pay 21 lac in installments? Plots are alloted numbers? or yet to decide? How long it will take to get developed? is it a good investment? One has to pay development charges other then this amount?

Nadeem, 21 lac means seller is asking 1.5 lac profit(For sure negotiable at this slum time). Booking price will be paid within three years not in one time cash 21 lac. "Y" block is not so popular in DHA 8. If you want to buy please go yourself there to see the exact location of your plot and then buy. |
