I have a plot in Sui Gas Phase 2..ALready paid 5 lac in developmental charges. Now the society has asked another 3.5 lac as additional charges, due to high costs.
My question is that should i keep the plot, as i had purchased it for 20 lacs (including developmetnal charges) and current value is 8.5 lacs. I dont want to pay additional charges to the society..SO should i pay or go and sell the plot?

Instead of sustaining more loss my advise is to sell it so that you can save at least 3.5 lac other wise after paying this the market value will be the same. |
