I suggest you to open account with HBL or UBL as myself has account with SCB but I am not satisfied their services whereas HSBC doesn't have enough branches within Pakistan.

If HSBC brach is convenient to you and your loved ones back home, I would highly recommend HSBC. I like that they are international and very secure in their transactions. Your online account will also be very secure with dual authentication.

Are they paying you in pak rupees abroad? If other currency, then I dont think you can deposit other currency in rupee account. I maybe wrong, but others can comment

Avoid Stan. Chart.
HBL will be the best among the choices you mentioned.

I prefer UBL because they have the best on line banking system.
