May Allah bless you with good reward for your welfare work for the flood affected people of Pakistan.
I just want to give a suggestion here that when ever your teams goes for the aid work, then instead of distributing goods in a chaos of people, you may request people to sit in lines and your workers give the packets to all one by one. This will be a good arrangement and plus people will not rush on the vehicles. Many a times we have seen that in the rush some people do not get any thing and remain hungry. Hence, if we just pay attention on the organization, we can get better results.
