These are new rates for transfer of DHA Lahore plots.
DHA Phase 5 and 5 ext
Transfer fee for 5ext = 61950
Memebership fee each file = 22830
Stamp paper vender fee = 1200
Stamp duty tax = 50000
CVT Tax = 50000
Documentation = 1000
Total cost = 186980

Transfer fee for DHA 6 = 50950
Memebership fee each file = 22830
Stamp paper vender fee = 1200
Stamp duty tax = 40000
CVT Tax = 40000
Documentation = 1000

Transfer fee for DHA 6 = 50950

My sources also confirm DC rate have been changed for PV files and
plots to same as DHA 8 proper and now transfer rate for Park view
files will be same as DHA 8. Official notification will be made during
early next weak.
DHA 9 DC rate issue is very likely to be solved during early next weak
and max transfer cost of DHA 9-10 may not exceed 1.54 lacs
Sorry for late answer due to sickness in last 24 hours I wasn't able
