Like your self there are many effectees of DHA Valley, who have only files but nothing on land and they are paying the installments regularly and do not know what will they get after that.
Many file holders want to sell the file but as all the investors are also tied up with the DHA Valley there is no buyer left in the market. It is better to see some ads in the newspaper if anyone interested in buying. Dealers and agents will rob you and will tell you the price much less than you actually paid |
