I have a plot in AWt islamabad , size tn marlas and is nicely located on main road in E- block, facing the 1000 yards sized plots.
please suggest me the rate for this plot.

Any one knows what is the website of rawalpindi development society to check status of rawalpindi societies like CDA ISLAMABAD and secondly many ppl are saying that AWT in comes in pindi and sum says its come in islamabad.where it is situated. |

Kindly Check CDA web site right now AWT scheme is not situated in any Zone of Islamabad.It is adjacent to Sangani Islamabad.
2 Kanal plot price is about 14 lekh.
Reason of less price is
1-No proper access road.
2-Not yet incleded in Zone-II.
3-Low standard development work as compare to Zone-II societies. |
