I have a plot in Sui Gas Phase 2..ALready paid 5 lac in developmental charges. Now the society has asked another 3.5 lac as additional charges, due to high costs.
My question is that should i keep the plot, as i had purchased it for 20 lacs (including developmetnal charges) and current value is 8.5 lacs. I dont want to pay additional charges to the society..SO should i pay or go and sell the plot?

I suggest that u hold this..first u will sell it a at lost...and the money u will get will not get a propoer 1 kanal plot anywhere....unless u need the funds in urgency! |
