Adil I have few questions regarding bahria town Lahore sector C
Has possession of the plots in sector C granted to owners yet? Can a buyer start the construction right away after buying plot.
Is price mentioned include all the development charges etc?
What is the cost of transfer of plot? CVT etc?
What is cost associated with construction of house in that sector beside construction cost. I mean connection charges and map approval etc.
Is there any penalty if one do not construct the house right away after buying plot?
I have heard horror stories of bahria increasing the development charges even after buying the plot. Is it true?

Thanks Adil for answering all my questions. However you forgot to answer one of my question which is the surprise increase of development charges. Is there any reality in the stories that I have heard. Had Bahria increased the development charges in the past?
