Well, i did read many of your advises and answers on questions and found that, you are the one who can even guide me, as i am looking for the following.

Very honestly, dont want to waste money, even dont want to invest in dead area.

I need to have a 10Marla plot for my family under range 10-11 CASH. Please advise the suitable area for this.
Will prefer to any cooperative society/Secured Land.

For your refernce, did search in Bahria, but i am not satisfied with their expected price addition in future.
