I am planning to buy plot in DHA Lahore phase 6 block H or J next year. I have been told by a few people that price of 1 kanal plot in these sectors is expcted to reach 1 crore by mid next year.
I dont think this is possible. Can anyone advise me on this.

Kessi nein app koo fool baniya hai, rates nechey ahh rehin hai no chance of increase in plot prices till . If the world not finished then insha allah u will see increase in plot prices.

It is not good to comment on something if you dont know about it.
Ahmed Bhai cant say if the price will reach 1 crore but the price is definitely increasing in every block of Phase 6 as more and more people are starting there houses. Already you can see in the Rates update by CMY that in some blocks the price is reaching 70 lac and more for good location plots. |
