take a notice of bahriatown logo is displayed in dha islamabad valley advertisement. at the time of dha valley booking we were not told bahriatown has any part in dha valley projeect. now i understand why dha valley s sinking like forgotten bt phase 9. if i knew it was a bahriatown project i would have stayed away from dha valley.

Mr Khawar I agree with u but initialy when they advertise dha valley that time they mensioned after payment of 6 installment plus membership fee allotment letters will be issued. 2day i payed 8th installment without allotment letter, i called dubai dha office 5 months ago they said letters are ready and they are mailing. i think dha did't get any postman who can deliver allotment letter.

I think once all installments are paid (no other choice), we should make a group and contact a lawyer. If they can demand interest on late payment, i believe we should have the same right and we should be compensated for the opportunity cost involved.

After the balloting of the plot, the letters with Plot No. have been issued and I think those are the allotment letters. Is there any other allotment letter.

Today I also sent 8th instalment for DHA Valley and overseas block.
What is the progress. It is a record that no developer in Pakistan be it DHA lahore or DHAI or Bahria or any other developer has ever been able to complete any housing scheme on time and even after many years of stipulated time they have never been able to complete any scheme.
Can any body give any example of any developer who completed any project on time.

Mr. Mushtaq, Allotment letter is separate and should be signed by some authorised person. Plot # letter you can download from net any time.

@sleepless, yes we should contact DHA for opportunity cost - probably we should ask for opportunity plot be it 2 marla ..
