Dear All,
I need your valuable advice about Central Park Housing Scheme which is located at Ferozpur Road, Lahore. I intend to buy a plot measuring 10 marla in Central Park but feeling difficult to decide. Please advice if it is recommended by majority of the readers to go for it or not ?
If yes...why...what are the prospects and please guide about prices in G and A Block
If not recommended...what...what are the drawbacks..
I will be grateful for this help please.

No I'm not a estate advisor but try to give my best possible advise to you. 1% difference of chance and 6-9 lac price difference between DHA 8 and PV had given a huge losses to pv file owners. Its seems DHA has fixed its to maintain its reputed name level they will not compromise at all. There were always best advices given by CMY and other friends but I did not see any progress that they are following it or implementing it But I'm sure they are reading those best suggestions given here. |
