I deposited Rupees 400000 developement charges for my one kanal plot at Formanite Housing Society. They have been demanding further 600000 Rupees as developement charges since last some time. while I visited their office to allow installments of the above amount so that easy to deposit, they mention there is RAMAZAN OFFER and if some one like to avail he can pay only lumpsum 300000 upto 30th August .
Can some one comment on this offer. can a cooperative society afford such offers. in case case they can cope with Rs. 300000 why they demanded Rs.600000 at the First instance.
How one can ensure that they start demanding rest of 300000 after some time
