Dear brothers,
I have received a letter from Formanites Society to deposit Rs. 300000 for further dev. charges of my 10 M plot in block L (No. between 178-183). I read today in the Jang that they are giving special offer with 50% discount which means to pay 150000 in total before end of Ramadan.
Can you please advice me should I deposit or not and is bettr to pay once or by installments in 2 years.
Also can you please tell me that do they have clear land of block L and when start the development as I have no information and never see the society. I was in abroad and now in Islamabad.

Ask them first to show you your plot, may it be in undeveloped state, dont be fooled into paying more to them without asking them what happened to your previous payments for land and development charges. |

Omer sahab we had the same situation in which u r experienceing. we went to court and got stay order against such injustice amount they asked for under additional dev charges. I suggested u too do the same. |
