Bahria Town –C
Dear viewers,
I am an overseas person, living with family. I booked a 10 Marla plot in Bahria Town sector-C. All my installments are clear but 60 thousands of development charges and Possession charges are still remaining. My family is going to Pakistan on Eid. I ask them to make the remaining payment.
My question is how Bahria management will deal now. Spicily Mr,Hussain Kaisrani I need your guide line.

It is suggested to pay the dues and get the possession because without getting the possession they can change the location of the plot (as per their terms & conditions) |

Please call on to know the status of your plot. The operator will ask for Registration Number. If Bahria Town Management have charged you any surcharge then your family member should write an application for waiver of surcharge and present it to Mr. Ahsan in Bahria Orchards. Try to negotiate with him. If he does not waive it off then deposit it and get the final statement of your account.
I fully agree with Javed Sahib that you should get possession without any further delay. When you make your account clear, please submit an application for demarcation. The prescribed form is available on reception. For this purpose you need to give an authority letter on simple paper. |

Keep in mind that once you get possession then you are bound to make construct house within 3 years maximum, after that you will changed a heavy fine per month basis.
And this is the main point of dealing with Bahria Town that if you dont get possession then location can be changed any time and if you get possession then you are bound to construct house within three years.
