Asslam_O_Alaikum,
Hope you are doing well,i am here to seek your advise regarding BAHRIA ORCHARD LAHORE project.
One person is selling a 10 M plot in the above said project,he has paid only down payment and has not payed any of installment.
That person is saying i have to pay 100000 to bahira town or NIB then he will receive his money and will do the rest of the procedure.
i really dont know when exactly this project launched and what is the handing over date.and how many installments has been already due.
in this regard i want to know your valueable advise that is it a wise decision to go for this plot,and what should be the procedure.
i believe i am not bothering you and you will be kind enough to answer.

Mr AM, Plaese let everybody knows the reason for stay away from BT. There are thousands of BT buyers. Plaese answer if BT is not a good society or every buyer of BT plot is dissatisfied, then why people are buying plots or there should be a great voice of issues accross the board. Today Media is very strong and any single voice can be raised easily.
please do not make the others foolish, if you have bad experience of your own. |
