I am offering my plot for sale in gulshan e maymar sector U measuring 410.85 sq yards,it is west open and park facing.I am the owner of this plot and the file is transfer on my name from the head office of gulshan e maymar(PECHS)tariq road.I have no idea about the price because right now i am in dubai(UAE)
