i have 45-50- lak with me ..
i just want to ask that in this amount can i be able to get any house in any sector of islamabad as i ahve very little knowledge of prices...
some one told me try to search in I-10..
please guide me what i should do ,as i have need of this for my family...

Buy a plot size 30x60 sq ft in G 15 sector and spend 30-35 lacs on its construction. I think this is the best option in this amount.

G-15 is a society brother ,and check the distance from main islamabad, dear dawood in this range u can buy 25x40 house in i-10, and i-10 is far better than g-15,or u buy a 25x40 or 25x50 plot in D12, and construct a house their.best of luck,

1-Purchase 25*50 plot in G-14/4 and construct single story house.
2-Purchase 25*50 D-12 plot and construct single story house.
3-Purchase 25*40 Plot in D-12 and construct double story house.
4-Purchase 25*40 Plot in G-13 and construct double story house.
5-C TYPE Flat 1100 SQ Feet covered area in G-11

ahk@ E-11 is also developed by socities where i have one kanal plot and its price is +- 2 crore of rupees, i am sorry to say that only few people like Atiq Raja know about Islamabad very well.He is right that I-10 is a rubbish and slump sector. Again i say that in this budget you can only build a house in G-15 sector.

I have been informed that F-17 (Tele Garden by MPCHS) has some disputed area in it.
especially Back End of Society
Does any one know about it.Especially EXPERTS FROM ISLAMABAD like Atiq Raja,Mian Nadeem,Amjad,
