I have been informed that F-17 (Tele Garden by MPCHS) has some disputed area in it.
especially Back End of Society
Does any one know about it.Especially EXPERTS FROM ISLAMABAD like Atiq Raja,Mian Nadeem,Amjad,

F-17 has 2 societies. Multi and T&T . T&T area has so many disputes. Multi area is almost clear and rates are higher.
You may purchase on ground plot with possesioon. |

So it means T & T and Multi are under different Housing schemes authorities?
one is being governed by MPCHS and other by some one else?
Are there still plots are available on installments in Tele Garden?
One person offered to sale a plot of 40 * 80 (which is at the back end towards E 17)to me but stated that it may take 10 years since it is a disputed area.
Hope you will answer this.

Haider:T&T and Multi are 2 seperate societies in same sector
New allotment plots are available in installments.I already recomended u that if u are intrested in this sector than purchase on ground plot.E-17 & B-17 are also good options in same range.

there is a dispute in both multi and t@t. there is 250 kanal dispute in multi and 108 kanal dispute in T&T. Better switch you investment to E-16. fully developed carpeted roads on main G-T road. |

I haven't heard a single good word about RP in E 16.(Don't know about Cabinet housing society as well)Since i had a limited information in this line of business.i am seeking your expert advice.

Dear Mr. Haider.
Yes there is some dispute in these plots which are on installments and at the back end but it is not long lasting problem. F-17 Multi (not T&T) is very good scheme for future and about 50 to 60 homes are under construction. Better to invest on those Plots which are available on Ground. Don't go for installments.
