05 Merla total Area 1575 Sq FT Maximum C.Area 1300 Sq FT Single Story and 2600 for Double Story House.
10 Merla Total Area 3150 SQ Ft Maximum C.Area 2600 Sq FT Single Story and 4800 for Double Story House.
01 Kanal total Area 4500 Sq Ft Maximum C.Area 3700 Sq FT Single Story and 7000 for Double Story House.
About Minimum Covered Area This Is Depend Upon Your Requirements.
