If i recall this is same add. posted some time earlier wiht demand of 30 lacs. A gentle quoted that price of flat should be 10 to more than 10 lacs (not exactly rember).
My question is what is expected rent of this flat?
Also mention exact location of flat.

Dear Willing buyer, a ground floor flat with three rooms, tiled bath and kitchen, and open space about 250 sq feet approx for 10 lacs is possible???? The asking price was 30 lac in start because of the quality renovation work done there, seeing is believing. The size of flat is 10 marla. for 10 lac where u can fine one in LAHORE?? Be realistic atlest. The exact location is the intersection on Main Sanda road and Qasim Street Krishannaggar. The name of Building is Shuja building, my dear friend if you are interested then at first you must see the flat and see how much hard work have been put in. The rent can be atleast rupees 10,000, i will try to get recent figures, but I am not interested in renting out. The flat is for sale.

Yes it is a multi story building, it is about 25 years old, the flat is on ground floor with entrances, one directly on the street.
