assalamo alaikum
plz any one tell me that the current status of construction/possession in 1-14/4 sector.what are the current prices of 30*60 and 35*60 corner or non corner plot, and tell me that invsetment in this sector for future own or rental residencial purpose is beneficial or not

30x60 prices are upto Rs.15-16 lacs depending upon location and subsector, possession of plot given in I-14/1 & I-14/4. and prices of 35x60 are upto Rs.16-17 lacs (location matters).
development work completed, all area clear , no village any more.
some says it is best investment for near future due to its location and population trend in adjoining areas. |

i have plot of 35*60 corner herethaats why i need information.i purchased it in 2007 at higher rate as compared to mentioned rates ,for my personnel accomodation/rent out purpose.is my decision better? |
