Lodhi Sahib is this Plot in developed area? Many plots of LDA 1 which are Clear are also under litagation, LDA Comter record is showing litigation only till 2004, There are about 90+ cases Filed after that,
So many plots which are thought Claer are litigation best way to see the Plot in Clear area. I myself had a narrow escape once and lost Token money of 20000.

this plot is litigation free even surrounding of this area is also litigation free.you can check from lda office.this area is litigation free so development will start here in december january INSHA ALLAH.

two years before i bought this plot in 15 lacs for investment purpose of four five years but now i need of money that,s why i am selling it in loss.it is best plot for two years investment purpose or to build a house after two years.regards
