Can some one give the idea of current prices range in G-13 for 25 * 40 and 35 * 70 plots sizes.

In G-13 Sector Prices Of 25x40 Started (Leveled And Good Located) Plots Started From 2.9 Million To Maximum 3.3 Million And There Is No Single Plot Available In Measuring Of 30x70 However Plots In Measuring Of 30X60 Available For Sale And Their Prices Are Between 4.3 Million To 5.8 Million Depending Upon The Location And Sub-Sector.

25x40 rate is 25 milion to 31 milion.
30x60 rate is 38 milion to 50 milion.
35x70 is 50 milion to 65 milion.

A 25x40 plot for 25 million to 31 million. Not at all. I think you meant 25 to 31 lacs and so on. You know 25 million means 2 and a half crores. |

correction pls
25x40 rate is 2.5 milion to 3.1 milion.
30x60 rate is 3.8 milion to 5.0 milion.
35x70 is 5.0 milion to 6.5 milion.
