I'm living outside and looking forward to construct my house in Lahore. I need your feedback as I'm unable to finalize the "best living area" keeping the budget constraint.
Budget: 70-80 lakhs / 1 kanal plot
Appreciate your comment. I've to finalize within a week due to my limited vacation period.

1. Is 70-80 Lakhs a part of your budget for a plot or is it a whole amount for Plot+construction ?
2. "Best living area" varies from person to person depending upon his financial resources, priorties and preferences. You need to be a bit specific your question is too wide. |

that 70 / 80k is including construction cost ?
what area you prefer DHA vacinity or south side of Lahore ? |

If your budget is for plot only than DHA phase 6 Lahore is the best place in this budget. If you are looking to build a house too in this budget than buy a plot in IEP town and build a house on the plot in this budget.
