State Life Phase 2 Block CC .
I want to buy a 1 kanal plot there for investment purpose for like 5 -6 years .
Is it a good investment ?
Is it secure and approved from LDA ?
CMY please give your suggestion as well .

Mr Ahsan,
Please go ahead with the plot in CC block, as this is the best block in State Life Phase II. In this range, U wont be getting even 5 Marla plot in even normal housing societies in Lahore.
So go ahead and grab some good deal with clean paper work.U will get atleast three times return after 5 to 6 years.
