i have a plot of 10 marla in islamabad territory 1.5KM from the Khanna pull. I have divided it into two parts of 1000 sq.ft and leave a entrance of about 400Sq.ft infornt of both.
I have already completed the foundations. the rate for rent in that area is about 7000rs/month.
i want to make a two rooms flats as four storey for rent.
1-can some one give me an estimate for the contruction expenses..?
2-Is this a good investment... or look for some thing other..?

In my opinion you can build 8 flats of two Bedrooms attached Bathrooms+1 Living room+1Kitchen+1xStore+1Terrace each.
The Covered Area For Each Flats Approx. 850 SqFt
Followings are the details of complete Unit.
1 Bedroom (Master) 225 Sqft +1 Bath Room of 50 Sqft.
1 Bedroom 180 Sqft+ 1 Bathroom of 50 Sqft.
