Dear Mr Expert D-12,
Can you tell us the following:
- development work status from CDA
- Approximate how man homes are under construction in each sub sector
- What is the short term (6 month) and long term (2 years plus) anticipation on what this sector will look like.

development almost complete. 95%
Around 10 houses under construction in D-12,
In D-12/1 CONSTRUCTION activity is higher than other sub sectors of D-12, but price wise D-12/3 and D-12/4 is a bit higher.
After 2 years D-12 is better than E-11,G-11.
i ythink this is the right time for investment in D-12.

I went to D-12 three days ago but could not take photographs. I will go again and will upload some pictures.
My first impression on seeing D-12 was as follows:
- The site condition is exactly like Bahria Town Islamabad in year 2002 or Sector E-11 in year 2006. Means only some roads were built at that time and all of a sudden both of those sites are full of houses now
- It is located on a beatiful place. Due to recent rainfall, Margalla Hills were looking very clear and green
- The roads have been built, though they will be required to re-build in next two years
- According to my perceptions, this sector will be livable at least after two years |
