I bought a house 25x50 in G-8 ISLAMABAD, of RS.70,00,000.
now i would like to know the total cost of transfer of house from cda ( REGISTRY CHARGES) and procedure of tranfer of house in my name.please expert,s of islamabd guide me.thanks.

cda transfer fees is Rs 34722 for 25x50 house,
and if house is registry case than charges is around Rs 334583.
