First of thanks Lahore Real Estate Management to share information with new / old customers or viewers:
Some times we have not enough information / knowledge & we make wrong decision e.g. like me, Last year I purchased 10 Marla plot in Bahria Orchard eastern block 19.75 lakhs. Now paid 10 lakhs (three installments)& commit passions march 2011 but still no development.
Than I have come to know this web site & check the prices & feel regret on my deal with Bahria Orchard, because the current value is only Max. 12 lakhs at good location.
Now I request dear CMY and others please guide me what I should do,
Carry on OR discontinue installment?
In future can I get back my investment in 2, 3 year?
How much time to develop Bahria Orchard ?
Please guide me & advance thanks all of you

Brother, Honestly no one can give exact answer that if you will get the plot and when you will get it. May be it takes 5 to 10 years if Bahria own the land and is willing to handover.
There is no loss in property if you get a developed plot and can construct a house on it but if the case is otherwise then it's up to you to decide how much you can loose to sell it and buy something else with full research |

i am not an expert at all,but can tell you that if you can spare the amount of your plot then wait(may be 5-7 years),but if you dont want to freeze your money for such a long time then get rid of plot. |
