I am writing regarding the Jeddah Town development in Islamabad

I have purchsed a plot thats fully paid,I have all the paperwork,I am aware that Gillani has been released from custody earlier this year.
I am wadering whether anyone can update me with whats actually happening with this land and whether there is anyone we can contact with respect to the above as I would like to sell the plot when possable

CDA issued NOC for 730 plots in Jeddah Town. One of the requirements for issuance of NOC is that the society either mortgage 30% of land, or deposit 100% of the development charges with the CDA. In case the society fails to develop the said housing scheme, the CDA would sell the mortgaged land and use the money so raised to develop the scheme. This is their procedure.

Therefore, for those who have plots in the NOC area of Jeddah Town, I would think that your investment is safe after all. I would recommend that you call CDA public relations ( x250), and discuss the matter with them.

u people can find gillani in Chaklala scheme 3 st 17,
or vist site and meet DAD khan, the latest updates are the court orders to re measure the scheme and get rid of illegal possession n giv allotees their right,

If your plot is in phase I of Usman block,it may be possible to sell it.Please mention the plot number,so that it can be checked on the plan of phase I.
