Dear brothers,
I need your kind advice as under.
A dealer is ofering me 11 marla commerical plot in commercial hub next to Bahria hospital phase 8 for Rs 1.3 crore.
Is it good to buy or I should go to business bay close to DHA phase 1 where 8 marla on main road is Rs 1.5 crore.
Any other idea in same price range will be welcomed.
