Irfan is correct. I have noticed many people on this site look cheater and they speak one language to cheat the outsider. They are the Mafia of the agents and not giving correct information.
Please dont trust these. they are discouraging people and showing only negative side.
Dont worry, its a good invest but for long term. Wait for two years.

Mr. Ehsan, is right, you can visit the google earth, you can see changes on-site before and after images, express way is in patches but 80 - 90% is ready, some bridges, are undering construction.

DHA Homes under construction, Turkish company is constricint.

DHA valley will developed before, DHA-Ph-2-extension.
