DHA (1-5) and EME comparison,

I am planning to build a house either in DHA(1-5) or DHA EME. I will appreciate if the residents of these are help me make a decision, based on
1- Security
2- Availability and stranded of Schools
3- Availability of general utilities grocer etc.
4- Cost of land and future prospects of the value of house.
5- Any other issue that may help me make my decision.

DHA is better considering all points, EME is on one extreme end of Lahore.

Even the new DHA phases like 6 & 7 are not only on the extreme end of Lahore rather they are on the extreme end of Pakistan and very close to Indo-Pak border !!!

Thanks guys but I shall appreciate if somebody who is resident of DHA or specially EME can give me proper analysis of on ground situation in this regard. Because if I ask any dealer he will start praising the society where he has a plot to sell. So I need a unbiased view based on the living experience.
