Assalam o Alaikum
I have received a letter from central park requesting for Sui Gas charges sum of Rs-=35,000/ for a ten marla plot, any one has received this letter? as i spoke to management they say it will still take more than an year to provide the gas to whole society.
Is it wise to pay the charges or should i wait? advice required.

In which block is your plot and do you have possession of your plot? If your plot is in developed area and you already got possession then its ok to pay the Sui gas charges otherwise it would be better to wait till you get possession.
Do you have any idea about their development plan for G and D blocks. Have they started any development work in these blocks?
Please share the information.

Aa.Iqbal sahad D block still undeveloped but G block almost develop and 20 to 30 beautiful houses constructing in different stages.If you visit the site then you realize situation clearly.

i have also received letter & A block is compleltely develop while G & F are almost near to completely develop. I have visit the site last month & progress of work is seem to be good let us hope they give the SUI GAS on mentioned time after submitting the amount, waisay ha yah ganda gardi |

Thankyou Mr. Waqas and Khan for information sharing. Actually I am out of country and unaware of the development status.
I have a plot in “G” block behind the main park, please let me know about that portion, is it fully developed?
