DHA Lahore is not allowing any transfers issuing any allotment letters anymore and wont approve any new house construction plans. DHA have stay on all residential and commercials plots of Air Avenue Lahore. Please call DHA Lahore or Air Avenue Lahore office before you buy a plot here or make plans to start a house.

Disagreement is mostly due to not fulfilling merger requirements like providing land for grid station and huge cash amount non payment to DHA Lahore.

If DHA quits from Air avenue, That will make no difference for residents of air avenue, All things are ground reality, Only difference can be Transfer from DHA office gives reassurance to overseas people that their Investment is safe.

Urban developer by itself is reliable. But this separation will definitely have impact on price of Air avenue.

DHA already welcomed the huge mess by taking over Park view. Now the psychological Effect of seeing seeing "DHA 8 Park view" board exiting airport is gone. So DHA may not be very keen to spend more money in Park view anymore.

Mr Pakistan Property News!!!
I think you are planning to buy a plot in air avenue thats why you are trying to damage the market price of plots.
Air Avenue all land is clear and it has given place for grid station also. There is nop stay on plots and if you visit the place you will come to know that ppl are constructing their houses and even living there .
So take information and then issue bulletins. Dont try to create mess please without any substantial material
