Total cost is 4.75 lacs plus profit to owner 1.75 lacs, Buyer pays 1.75 lacs to owner ans 2.5 lacs to DHA now and 2.25 lacs in installments. Transfer will not be possible with out NOC to seller from GHQ.

Why we have to obtain the NOC from GHQ,what if they dont issue NOC,and what kind of NOC is that?
What is duration time to pay in installments.
Where is the location of this Phase?
ONE MORE thing only 5 M is available under this quota???
