AoA, i have a plot of ten marla in AWT islamabad D-18 sector.
its a nice society, all developed.
and for investment it is good, specially when new islamabad air-port will be functional , rates will definately go higher.
you can consider this plot and second option i feel isrivergarden 5-marla plot. it is also good invetment.

Thanx. But I am looking for property investment in and around lahore. Islamabad is not the place i am looking for.

@xuberant, Plz visit AWT Phase II Lahore and Fazaia Housing Scheme Lahore both on Raiwind Road about 13 KM from Tokar Niaz Beg. I think both of these societies are suitable to you keeping your budget limit. Anyother information required can be further provided. Wish you best of luck
